About the Event

Immerse yourself in a holistic experience that integrates breathwork, yoga, meditation, and invigorating hikes through the pristine landscapes of the North Cascades National Park. From breathwork to yoga, meditation, and invigorating hikes, each element is thoughtfully crafted to guide you towards inner stillness, balance, and personal growth.

You will stay at Cedar Springs Lodge, a 100-year-old dairy barn converted into a retreat center. This sprawling 50-acer property is situated along Day Creek in the Skagit River Valley, about 90-minutes north of Seattle. It has 9 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a cozy living area with wood-burning stove, and a deck with sweeping views.

Over the weekend, you'll be grounded with daily yoga and meditation practices; nourish yourselves with delicious vegetarian meals; relax and unfold into the beauty of the present moment; and visit North Cascades National Park on Sunday. 

Autumn in North Cascades National Park is a kaleidoscope of nature's brilliance. Vibrant hues adorn towering trees, reflecting upon mirrored lakes. Cool breezes whisper through golden meadows, while wildlife prepares for winter. It's a breathtaking symphony of colors, serenity, and the timeless beauty of nature's transition.


Find your strength, flexibility, and inner peace through mindful movements of guided yoga. All levels are welcome.

You will practice restorative Yoga on Friday, morning and evening flow on Saturday; and after-hike yoga on Sunday. You will slowly and mindfully weave your way through alignment-based practices taking time to workshop asanas using blocks and straps. Expect longer holds peppered in, break-downs of alignment and postures, and a focus on and exploration of the breath.

We request you to be truly curious and expect to take a deep and joyful dive into the practice and your own inner ecology and wilderness.


During dedicated meditation sessions, find solace in the serenity of the surrounding wilderness. Connect with your breath, quiet the mind, and experience the profound benefits of mindfulness. Allow yourself to be fully present in the moment, embracing the natural beauty that unfolds around you. We will be practicing guided mindfulness meditations including breath meditation, walking meditation and sound meditation.


You will have time for relaxation, self-reflection and journaling. A customized journal will be provided. Dive into introspective activities or engage in soulful conversations with like-minded women.

Nature Therapy

Nature therapy walks, also known as forest bathing or shinrin-yoku harness the healing power of nature to promote overall well-being and reduce stress. Connect with nature on a deeper level, fostering a sense of calm, relaxation, and rejuvenation as you take a guided nature therapy walk led by Mileva Hulje, a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide.

Sound Bath

Let the healing sounds and vibrations wash over you allowing for a release of tension and a heightened sense of tranquility.

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and immersive experience that utilizes various healing sounds and vibrations to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. Fall into deep relaxation as Everitt Allen guides you using the power of the sound.


We will finish our retreat with one or two hikes in North Cascades National Park. Feel the earth beneath your feet as you explore the trails, immersing yourself in the splendor of nature and its therapeutic powers.

Please bring good and supportive hiking shoes, a daypack to hike with, a reusable water bottle, a hat, sunscreen, and layers as we know Washington weather can change in a flash.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Retreat enrollment is non-transferable.
  • A full refund (after deducting the $20 processing fee) will be given for the cancellations made at least 40 days before the retreat start date. (till August 26)
  • A partial refund of 50% (after deducting the $20 processing fee) will be given for the cancellations made within 40 days and at least 20 days before the retreat start date. (August 27 - September 15)
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 20 days before the retreat start date (after September 15)
  • In case the retreat is canceled by TrailBliss, a full refund will be made.
