About the Event
A Traverse is a full-day journey to walk with intention. To let the forest quiet your mind. To move through the landscape, and your own thresholds. Traverse is gently guided. You’re supported, not led.
Who It’s For
If you're feeling scattered, stretched thin, or just tired of the noise; this day is for you. No hiking experience required, just a willingness to walk with intention and stay present.
Duration: Full day
Distance and elevation: 6 miles and 1450 feet
Rating and route: Easy-moderate lollipop
Parking pass/fee: Northwest Forest Pass or America the Beautiful Pass
Gear: sturdy shoes, journal and pen, yoga mat, water, lunch, snacks, curiosity and 10 essentials
