About the Event

Immerse yourself in a holistic experience that integrates breathwork, yoga, meditation, nature walk, and mindful creative expression activities. From breathwork to yoga, meditation to mindful activities, each element is thoughtfully crafted to guide you towards inner stillness, balance, and personal growth.

You will stay at Cedar Springs Lodge, a 100-year-old dairy barn converted into a retreat center. This sprawling 50-acer property is situated along Day Creek in the Skagit River Valley, about 90-minutes north of Seattle. It has 9 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a cozy living area with wood-burning stove, and a deck with sweeping views.

You'll be grounded with daily yoga and meditation practices; nourish yourselves with delicious vegetarian meals; relax and unfold into the beauty of the present moment. 

Yoga

Find your strength, flexibility, and inner peace through mindful movements of guided yoga. All levels are welcome.

You will slowly and mindfully weave your way through alignment-based practices taking time to workshop asanas using blocks and straps. Expect longer holds peppered in, break-downs of alignment and postures, and a focus on exploration of the breath.

We request you to be truly curious and expect to take a deep and joyful dive into the practice and your own inner ecology and wilderness.

Meditation

During dedicated meditation sessions, find solace in the serenity of the surrounding wilderness. Connect with your breath, quiet the mind, and experience the profound benefits of mindfulness. Allow yourself to be fully present in the moment, embracing the natural beauty that unfolds around you. We will be practicing guided mindfulness meditations including breath meditation, sound meditation and loving-kindness meditation.

Reflection

You will have time for relaxation, self-reflection and journaling. A customized journal will be provided. Dive into introspective activities or engage in soulful conversations with like-minded women.

Nature Exploration

Nature exploration invites participants to immerse themselves in the serene beauty of the season. Nature becomes the teacher as you encounter the beauty within its creative cycle of emergence, decay, and renewal. 

Mindful Activities

Mindful activities are thoughtfully designed to deepen your understanding of self and awaken inner wisdom. Creative expressions, heartful circles, healing sound bath, journaling and silent times all are invitations to cultivate presence, connection, and inner peace.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Retreat enrollment is non-transferable.
  • $50 will be deduced from all refunds to cover the processing fee.
  • A partial refund of 75% will be given for the cancellations made by June 08, 2024.
  • A partial refund of 50% will be given for the cancellations made between June 09 and July 08, 2024.
  • No refunds will be made for the cancellations made after July 08, 2024.
  • In case the retreat is canceled by TrailBliss, a full refund will be made.
