Women's Mindfulness Retreat

You must read and agree to these policies to register for the retreat:

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Retreat enrollment is non-transferable.
• A full refund (after deducing the $25 processing fee) will be given for the cancellations made at least 35 days before the retreat start date.
• A partial refund of 50% (after deducing the $25 processing fee) will be given for the cancellations made within 35 days and at least 15 days before the retreat start date.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 15 days before the retreat start date.
• In case the retreat is canceled by TrailBliss, a full refund will be made.

Release Agreement

I wish to participate in Mindfulness Retreat offered by the TrailBliss. I understand retreat involves hiking and any outdoor activity may involve certain dangers, including, but not limited to, the hazards of hiking outdoors, unforeseen events caused by the forces of nature, and the actions of participants and other persons.

I understand that COVID-19 vaccination is required to attend any retreat with TrailBliss. TrailBliss can not absolutely eliminate the risks associated with COVID-19 and other infectious diseases. I take full responsibility for my actions and choices.

I understand that mindfulness retreats may cause harm to those dealing with severe depression, schizophrenia, PTSD, psychosis, and/or significant trauma.

In consideration of and as part payment for the right to participate in the Mindfulness Retreat offered by The TrailBliss, I agree to RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS, AND INDEMNIFY The TrailBliss, its officers, directors, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in any retreat offered by The TrailBliss. This includes but is not limited to all liability claims and causes of action in any way connected to property owned or leased by the TrailBliss, or the actions or inactions of any TrailBliss officers, directors, and or volunteers. Further, I will hold TrailBliss harmless from any loss or damages resulting from the foregoing waiver and release.

I understand that during the mindfulness retreat, I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photos to be used for any legitimate purpose by The TrailBliss only. My photos will NEVER be used for profit or any commercial purposes.

The terms of this agreement shall serve as a release and indemnity agreement for my heirs, personal representative, and for all members of my family, including any minors. This Release and Indemnity Agreement is a contract and it shall remain in effect for all programs offered by the TrailBliss. My enrollment in a TrailBliss Mindfulness Retreat is my agreement to this waiver.
