Mindfulness Programs

Discover the transformative power of mindfulness in an immersive 5-week program. Dive deep into the present moment and unlock inner peace, resilience, and clarity. The progressive nature of the program allows for the gradual assimilation of mindfulness techniques, providing a foundation for continued personal exploration beyond the structured sessions.

The 5-week program is developed to help you integrate mindfulness into your daily routine. We will meet weekly and cover different topics related to mindfulness, including mindfulness meditation, mindful eating, and mindful communication. By the end of the program, you'll have developed a solid foundation in mindfulness and have the tools to continue practicing on your own.

This program has three elements - meditation, exploration, and reflection.

We will meet on weekly basis at an outdoor location and walk together learning mindfulness practices. Assigned formal meditations and informal activities will help you deepen your practice during the rest of the week. 

​

Exploration is about letting go of ingrained habits and trying something new to reignite innate curiosity. Each week you will be encouraged to explore something new or in a new way.

​

Reflection is journaling your mindfulness experiences. You will be provided with a customized journal to record your journey. Your journal is private and is only to serve your practice.

There is an optional meeting at the end of the program to conclude the program.

During the program - you will explore the ways to pay open-hearted attention to different aspects of the internal and external world, cultivate an attitude of acceptance, compassion, and empathy toward yourself and others. 

 

Each meditation practice provides a different gateway into awareness, and no one can say which, for you, at this point in your life, will be most helpful to reconnect with what is deepest and wisest in you. You will get life-time access to the guided meditation library.

To fully realize the benefits of mindfulness, we request you to  

  • Attend all in-person weekly meetings.

  • Practice formal mindfulness practices for 10-15 minutes per day during these eight weeks.  

  • Complete informal activities and exploration activities.

  • Keep a daily journal of your meditation reflections in the provided journal.

Program Cost:

We offer mindfulness program on a donation basis. Pay what feels good and what you can afford. Donation is optional and much appreciated.
