Retreat will be facilitated by Sarvinder Kaur. She is a certified Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, and has been practicing yoga and meditation for over a decade. She learned and deepened her mindfulness practice through several teachers and 10-day Vipassana Meditation.

Through observing the positive impact of mindfulness and yoga on her own life, she became inspired to share with others skills to cultivate inner calm, kindness, and compassion to ride the ebbs and flows of life. Sarvinder believes in the power of nature to enhance the practice of mindfulness and blends mindfulness and nature together in her retreats, creating a unique and transformative experience for her participants.

She is a seasoned hiker, backpacker, mountaineer and King County Research and Rescue volunteer.
